Not happy with your order? No worries!

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  
• Return shipping is your responsibility (unless faulty).
  
• Refunds processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  
• Faulty or incorrect items? We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement.

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately for shipping. This means:

• Cancellations can only be accepted before the order is processed for dispatch.

Currently, ActiveAus ships to addresses within Australia only. We do not ship overseas at this time.

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your parcel until it arrives.

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends), so you’ll get tracking info quickly.

• Measure your chest, waist, hips, or inseam depending on the item.
  
• If you’re between sizes, we recommend going up for comfort, especially for leggings and compression wear.
