What is your return policy?

Not happy with your order? No worries!
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Return shipping is your responsibility (unless faulty).
- Refunds processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Faulty or incorrect items? We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?
ActiveAus makes it easy to pay your way. We currently accept:
- PayPal – fast and secure
- All major credit & debit cards – Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
- Afterpay – coming soon, so you can buy now and pay later

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately for shipping. This means:
- Modifications (changing items, sizes, or shipping address) are usually not possible once the order is confirmed.
- Cancellations can only be accepted before the order is processed for dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, ActiveAus ships to addresses within Australia only. We do not ship overseas at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Standard: 3–7 business days
Express: 1–3 business days

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your parcel until it arrives.
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends), so you’ll get tracking info quickly.
How do I find my size?
To get the perfect fit:
- Check the size chart on each product page.
- Measure your chest, waist, hips, or inseam depending on the item.
- If you’re between sizes, we recommend going up for comfort, especially for leggings and compression wear.
